Shipping

We make our best efforts to ensure all orders are packed and shipped as soon as possible. Although we strive to ship out all orders the same day of which they were placed during business hours, we cannot guarantee that they will. Any orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

  • All orders are shipped through UPS. Our UPS shipping pickup time is 4:30 PM PST Monday through Friday excluding all major holidays. UPS delivers packages within 5 business days of departure.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or any locations outside of the United States and Canada. Packages that are returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or multiple delivery attempts will be subject to additional charges to reship the order.
  • Not all items are guaranteed to be in stock. All orders will shipped out without any notifications of out of stock items unless a memo is left by the customer. Any out of stock items will be displayed in the final customer Invoice sent out with the order.
  • All shipping charges displayed during checkout are the estimated shipping costs. The amount "charged" on the customers credit card during check is simply pending. The actual charge of the credit card will be made once all shipping and in stock adjustments have been made.

Returns

All sales are final. Unless the merchandise is damaged or defective, there are no refunds or exchanges.

  • Customers must first request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) by email within 7 days of receiving your order. The email can be sent to info@missyusabags.com
  • Please be sure to include in the email the product name as well as a brief description of the damage and a photo.
  • Upon receiving the returned merchandise, a store credit will be applied to the customer's account that may be used for any future purchases. We do not issue credit card refunds.
  • All defective merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.

Returned merchandise without an RMA will be refused and no credit will be applied. The customer must pay for the reshipping of the return.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been packed, we will not be able to cancel it.
